Author Former banker turned foreclosure defense attorney, Ben Hillard, will be the featured speaker at the Pinellas Realtor Organization (“PRO”) September 27, 2011 meeting. The event runs from 10:00 am to noon. Ben is a foreclosure defense attorney with Castle Law Group, P.A. Ben has conducted loan acquisitions work for Ocwen, Lehman Brothers, Countrywide, Goldman Sachs and other lenders. Ben Hillard’s topic is “How Lenders Make Decisions Concerning Short Sales, Foreclosure, and other Loan Workout Options”. The format for the presentation will be lecture, follow by a question and answer period.
